How do I order "OUT OF STOCK" items?
If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, please use the 'notify when available' button located under the description. This will send you an automatic notification via email when the item has been restocked. Please note, we cannot guarantee that all items will be restocked.
What is your shipping policy?
Please note that shipping duration will depend on the availability of a particular product. For instance, most of our jewelry pieces are made to order. Meaning, the product is handmade once an order has been received. Please allow additional 2-3 days (Monday-Friday) for these orders to be made and processed. In contrast, products that has been made previously and are stored in our inventory can be ready to ship once an order is received. The availability of a particular product will be noted on our website. If not, it will be noted once an order is placed.
Once the product is made or the availability is confirmed, the product is estimated to ship within 1-2 business days within Edmonton area or 2 to 6 business days everywhere else within Canada. Shipping within USA is expect 5-10 business days. Shipping internationally is expected to take 2-3 weeks. For those who opt for regular shipping with no tracking, please note these time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any customs or duty charges that may incur and need to be paid upon time of parcel arrival by the customer (If shipping outside of Canada). Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable as we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any merchandise in its original unused condition, unworn with all labels and tags attached is accepted for an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Sale items are final sale. Any shipping cost associated with the exchange must be paid by the customer.
What is your jewelry repair policy?
We do our best to create the highest hand craft pieces. Many of our items are used with the most delicate product so please be sure to store it in a safe place and use proper care. If there is a design flaw outside of normal wear and tear please email us at honeybarejewelry@gmail.com with the issue in detail. Include your name, phone number and a picture of the product that shows us the issue.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid direct contact with beauty products (hairspray, perfume, makeup) and harsh chemicals. Always remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or showering. Due to the delicate chain used in our designs please avoid rough tugging or pulling of the necklaces. You can clean your jewelry with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth when necessary. Store your jewelry in a cool dry place to discourage tarnishing.
